At Go Beanies, our number one priority is putting together the best team for our camp. That means getting the balance of skills, qualifications and experience right to ensure every activity we offer can be delivered to an excellent standard! Below are some of the roles we have on offer at our camp, and an idea of what we expect for each role.

Weekly salaries for each role are dependant on qualifications and experience.

Activity Instructor Role Profile (for illustration)

The role of Activity Instructor is to deliver outstanding, structured activities for groups of children at Go Beanies. You will be expected to deliver (with supporting resources) activities to children aged between 5-12 years, with the emphasis being on participation, structure, and development. You will also have a pastoral role, being the group leader and key contact for one of the groups of children on camp. As an instructor, the majority of your time will be leading active sessions, but on occasion will have to turn your hand to other activities.

We are looking for individuals qualified or working towards relevant coaching or teaching qualifications with experience and a passion for working with children. If you are an enthusiastic team player passionate about developing children through anyone of the above roles who takes pride in the quality of their coaching, looking for a challenging but hugely rewarding holiday job, we want to hear from you!
